Deribit is the dominant crypto options venue globally, holding roughly 85% of all open interest — if you've heard of crypto options, you've heard of Deribit. It was acquired by Coinbase in 2024. Beyond its flagship BTC and ETH chains it also offers options on SOL, XRP, AVAX and TRX. option.watch brings every Deribit chain into a clean, fast interface so you can read every strike at a glance.

What Deribit lists

BTC ETH SOL XRP AVAX TRX

Deribit lists options on BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, AVAX and TRX. For BTC and ETH it runs two parallel series per expiry: an inverse chain (settled in the coin) and a linear chain (settled in USDC). The altcoin options (SOL, XRP, AVAX, TRX) are linear, priced and settled in USDC. All chains are shown side by side so you can compare liquidity and choose your collateral.

Inverse vs linear on Deribit

Deribit's inverse (coin-margined) options are priced and settled in Bitcoin or Ether, so premiums appear as small coin fractions and the payout is convex in USD terms — the original crypto derivatives format. The linear BTC/USDC and ETH/USDC chains are priced and settled in USDC. Deribit's own interface converts inverse premiums to a USD display for convenience, but the underlying API value — and the Y-axis here — is in the native coin. option.watch labels the price currency for every chain so you never confuse the two.
